The Best Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 50g almonds
  • 50g walnuts
  • 8 dates, stones removed
  • 2 T of cocoa powder
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 T coconut oil

Method:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until nuts are nicely crushed but not still crunchy and everything is well mixed. You may want to stop and scrape the mixture from the sides of the food processor and pulse again two- three-times.

Remove the bladed from the food processor and start forming small balls from the mixture. Place balls in a refrigerator in an air-tight container for several hours (ideally overnight). Try really hard not to have at least one freshly made ball and then fail with a great deal of satisfaction whilst enjoying this heavenly treat.

Try not to eat all at once the following day 🙂
